Implementation:
Changing behavior within a team environment toward safe work standards was the objective. The client established the metrics of achievement required for the teams. Those teams who achieved the objectives were rewarded with a reward. CCI built an online program with multiple rewards for each winner from which to select. Each winner was given a code, visited the online site, selected their reward, redeemed their code and the reward was shipped directly to their home.

Success:
The team competition concept had participants working together to achieve the required goals. The program’s implementation was seamless for the company and easy for the winners. A standard of safety practices was reinforced in a fun, positive, and rewarding manner.

Performance Incentive Program

Challenge:
A large manufacturing company needed to accelerate their productivity of their workforce to lower their delivered product costs in order to compete in a globally sensitive market. They needed a turnkey promotion that was easy to implement with items highly desired by their audience.

Implementation:
We developed a microsite linked to an app that tracked objectives by teams and individuals.  Each team and individual that achieved their objectives earned a prize code. This code was redeemed for name brand grills, ear buds, sound equipment, electronics, coolers and more which were drop shipped directly to the recipient’s home.

Success:
The program was so successful that multiple records were broken during the duration of the program. The company organizer could focus on other responsibilities since CCI handled all the logistics of the program. Multiple organizers within the company have used this program with similar success.

The participant must value the incentive in order to motivate and inspire success.
